GINA BOWMAN
Kansas Renewable Energy Coalition Chairwoman
Gina Bowman is President and CEO of B2G=Business to Government Relations, LLC. She has been nationally recognized for her ability to organize grassroots programs to influence policy as well as her ability to build coalitions and consensus-building.
A native of Savannah, Missouri, she grew-up on the family farm. A William Jewell College graduate, she started her own business, B2G, and then, a few years later, became a full time employee with one of her clients, CVR Energy, LLC.
Throughout the years, she has been recognized for leadership by the National Association of State Cooperative Councils, the Kansas Cooperative Council, Farmland Industries, the Public Affairs Institute, National Agri-Marketing Association, Public Relations Society, Kansas and Missouri Governors and the MO Department of Agriculture. She received the first ever National Grassroots Innovation Award from the Public Affairs Institute.
In 2003, Gina founded the Agricultural Business Council of Kansas City. The Council is a coalition of more than 300 individuals, associations and businesses affiliated with the “farm to table” system located in Kansas and Missouri. She continues to provide leadership to the Council in an advisory capacity and serves on its Board of Directors. Six years later she was recognized with the Jay B. Dillingham award for Agricultural Leadership and Excellence. She is the only woman to receive this honor since 2009.
Gina currently serves on several Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Committees responsible for state and federal policymaking. Throughout the years she has provided leadership and served as an advisor on agricultural, energy and environmental issues for the Chamber.
PATRICK FEENEY
Kansas Renewable Energy Coalition Secretary/Treasurer
As the Principal of the Dublin Group, Patrick has over 25 years of Government Relations, Political Consulting and Political Fundraising experience. A history of delivering results to clients through strategic planning, message development and relationships established with key Government and Business Leaders.
Patrick has had the pleasure of assisting with crafting policy and campaigns for Federal (Members of Congress), State (Senators, Representatives and Statewide elected officials). This experience has given him the unique opportunity to work side by side with these elected officials and their staff.
Patrick was selected as a Top 500 Influencer in the Political Consulting Industry and named as one of the top 10 influencers in Kansas by Campaign and Election Magazine. He Currently resides in Overland Park, KS with his wife Lee Ann and son Ryan.
